Children's Programs at the Pamlico Library

Preschool Storytime
Fridays @ 10:00 a.m.
Join Ms. Fran and escape to a new world of make believe as she sits on her Storytime Chair and transforms the children's room to a magical world of dragons, talking mice, monster trucks, fairies and more! After story time, stay to make a craft and work on those fine motor and socialization skills.

School Age Drop in Craft - Ages 5-12
Mondays @ 3 p.m - 6 p.m.
Drop into the Pamlico Library any time between 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and make a craft to take home. Every week will be something different.

Book Explorers
Thursday, January 20 @ 3:30 (Ages 5-10)
Join us as we read our way around the globe, learning about the culture, arts, foods, and landscape of countries around the world. Each month the NC Cooperative Extension will debut a new book and country to explore; learning about the peoples and places in our world at the library!

Young Adult Programs

Gamer Time (Ages 13-17)
Friday, January 14 @ 3-6 p.m.
Join us as we play video games in the Library the second Friday of each month!

Bridge Club
Every Monday’s @ 1 p.m.
Come and socialize with friends and play cards- more than just bridge is welcome. Bring a partner and grab a table, or come alone and make some new friends.

Introduction to Watercolor

This workshop at the Pamlico Library is for anyone with little or absolutely no painting experience. It's meant for you to learn but in a relaxing and comfortably supportive environment. Read More.

Friends of the Pamlico County Library Meeting

The Friends of the Pamlico Library is an enthusiastic and generous supporter of the Pamlico Public Library. The Friends provide private funding to the library to enhance and enrich the services the library can offer the community. Join us at our monthly meeting to learn more about your local library!

Knitting (All ages)

Learn to knit, brush up on your knitting skills or just want to talk knitting, join Ms. Fran every Tuesday at 1pm

Basket Making  (All Ages)
Tuesdays @ 2-4 p.m.
Come and learn to weave baskets with like-minded people. Most materials are provided by the library.

Spanish English Exchange  (All Ages)
Wednesday, January 19 @ 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Come join us as we learn and exchange language and culture! Every third Wednesday of the month.

Family Movie Night
Friday, January 21 @ 6:15 p.m.
