Astronomer/astrophotographer, Garnett Leary will a present solar astronomy at the library. You will learn solar safety, an equipment overview, and get to see the Sun live through a dedicated solar telescope. A special treat will be a partial solar eclipse taking place between 12-3pm. Solar glasses can be purchased ahead of time but some will be available for sharing during the event
