Archives Adventurers History Club presents The Edenton Tea Party
Mrs. Elizabeth King and the Archives Adventurers welcome you to her home for tea. Guests will include Mrs. Penelope Barker, Margaret Pearson, Sarah Blount Littlejohn, and many others. We fair countrywomen will discuss the embargo on all British tea and cloth, and the rising political tide that is sweeping our nation in other colonies such as Boston, Charleston, and New York. Games and snacks will be included.
