The regular meeting of the Havelock-Craven County Library Board of Trustees. Meetings are the fourth Wednesday of January, April, July, October at 11:30 pm in a designated meeting area of the Craven Community College Havelock Campus.  The April 23 meeting will be at 11:30 a.m., in the Craven Community College-Havelock Campus STEM Building Rm. 126.
