Stephanie Stevenson with N.C. Cooperative Extension will be coming to present a seminar on "Healthy Holiday Swaps"! This seminar will discuss tips for: planning a budget for the holidays, reducing holiday stress by practicing mindfulness, learning how to add healthy food choices and physical exercise to the holidays. We will focus on healthy swaps to make sure they won't take away the taste! We will try a pumpkin pie mousse also!
