NC Cooperative Extension Craven County presents “Preserve-A-Long: Freezer Jam".  Strawberries and other fruits will be in season before you know it!  Join us on Friday, April 26 for an educational and interactive "preserve-a-long" making Freezer Jam.  We will teach research-based information while we preserve fruits into a freezer jam for you to take home!  This is a great class for someone wanting to learn how to make jams and jellies without canning them for storage.
