Brighten up your plate and boost your health! Join Family and Consumer Sciences Agent Stephanie Stevenson from the NC Cooperative Extension for a fun and lively class all about colorful foods. You’ll learn how different colored fruits and veggies can give your body different vitamins, help you stay healthy, and make your meals more exciting. We’ll talk about easy ways to add more color to your meals and why each color is good for you. If you want simple tips for eating better and making your food look beautiful, this class is for you!
