For this year’s Amateur Photography Contest, “Unearth a Story”, the photos should focus on the outside world and emphasize the landscape: trees, mountains, rivers, lakes, oceans, grassy areas, beaches, valleys, forests, deserts, unpaved trails - all the places where dinosaurs may have walked millions of years ago. The contest runs from June 1 to July 31 and is open to ages 5 and up. Prizes will be awarded in four age groups/categories: 5-12; 13-17; 18+; & Library Staff. There is no limit to the number of photos that may be submitted.
