Zan’s Taekwondo Presents: Bullyproof

Looking for something to do during the holiday break? Zan’s Taekwondo is coming to the library! 

In this one-hour session, students will learn preventative strategies and non-violent defense techniques against verbal and physical bullying. Zan’s objective is to equip 1st - 12th-grade students with the confidence, self-esteem, and emotional maturity to neutralize any bullying attacks effectively without force or violence.
